CURRENT REGIME OF ENTRY INTO THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA FOR DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN NATIONALS

For the purpose of protection against the introduction of infectious diseases into the territory of the Republic of Serbia, from 14 January 2021, persons coming to the Republic of Serbia from all countries of the world, except the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Northern Macedonia and Montenegro, are allowed to enter the Republic of Serbia only if they have a negative RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus, not older than 48 hours, issued by the reference laboratory of the country from which they come, ie from which they enter the Republic of Serbia.

For individuals coming from the USA, instead of a negative RT-PCR, a negative Antigen FIA Rapid test is recognized, under the same conditions.

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia and foreign citizens who have been granted temporary residence or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia, who come from all countries of the world, except from the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Republic of Northern Macedonia and Montenegro, and do not have negative RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus, issued by the reference laboratory of the country from which they come or enter the Republic of Serbia, or persons coming from the USA, negative FIA Rapid Antigen test, not older than 48 hours from the date of issue, passport control is served with a written notice - health warning about the obligation to comply with the quarantine measure at home for 10 days from the date of crossing the state border and are warned about the obligation to report to the competent COVID clinic or territorially competent public health institution within 24 hours. crossing the state border by electronic application to the electronic address:         www.e-zdravlje.gov.rs

The quarantine measure at home ceases to be valid if the person to whom it was imposed performs an RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in a reference laboratory in the Republic of Serbia and receives a negative result.

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia and foreign citizens who are entering the Republic of Serbia due to business obligations, with prior notification of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, are allowed to enter the Republic of Serbia provided that they submit a negative RT-PCR test or antigen test for the presence of Covid-19 virus, issued by the laboratory of the Republic of Serbia, to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce within 24 hours from the moment of crossing the Serbian border.

If a person does not submit a negative RT-PCR test or antigen test within 24 hours from the moment of crossing the state border or if the test is positive, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce shall immediately notify the competent public health institute.
